These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made through www.loudringer.com. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Warranty

All goods sold on this website come with a full 12-month warranty from the date of receipt.

2. Limitations on Warranty Coverage

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accident, unauthorized repair, or normal wear and tear. Defective goods must be returned within 12 months of receipt for warranty coverage.

3. Return Policy

• We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for Retail Customers & 14 Days for Business Purchases

• We do not refund shipping costs for any returned order.

• The cost of returning goods is the responsibility of the buyer.

• All returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.

• We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the goods are returned damaged or the packaging is damaged rendering the goods unable to be sold as new.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be issued in the original payment method. Please allow up to 5 days for processing.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

6. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Sale constitute the entire agreement between you and LoudRinger regarding the sale of goods on this website.
